1. Delivery Areas & Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh): 120 BDT

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the package weight.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on domestic orders within Bangladesh over 1,500 BDT.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka: 3 - 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 - 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. (Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, political unrest, natural disasters, or courier-related internal issues.)

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country's customs office. We have no control over these charges.

4. Order Processing We process and hand over your orders to our courier partners within 24 - 48 hours of order confirmation.
